Comes with original caps (even the rear caps say Takumar), original cases (on top of the case it says Takumar 4/150), original lens hood and original Pentax UV filter. Super sharp lens. A great addition to your vintage M42 screw mount body or use it with your mirrorless camera with an adapter (I'm a Nikon guy but I have fallen in love with Super Takumar lenses).
